මිල්ක් මේඩ් ක්රිස්මස් කේක්
- ගංගා බැද්දගේ විසිණි.
Ingredients:
• MILKMAID : 1 small tin
• Flour : 250 g
• Eggs : 3
• Butter : 150 g, soft
• Brown Sugar : 75 g
• Baking Powder : 1 tsp
• Cinnamon : 1 tsp, ground
• Ginger Powder : 1 tsp
• Nutmeg : ½ tsp, ground
• Cloves : ½ tsp, ground
• Mixed Dried Fruits : 100 g
• Raisins : 100 g, dark
• Icing Sugar : 30 g

Method:
1. Beat all the ingredients, except the dried fruits and raisins, for 5 minutes or until they change in colour. Add the dried fruits and raisins and mix for 1 minute.
2. Pour the mixture into a greased baking tin and bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 35 minutes.
3. Decorate the side with a red ribbon; cover the top with the icing sugar and garnish with Christmas decoration.
