ඉස්සෝ ෆ්‍රයිඩ් රයිස්

- ෆිනූසා ෆාරුක් විසිණි.



Ingredients
500g prawns
2 cups keeri samba
1 TBS soya sauce
1 TBS oyster sauce
1/4 cup milk
6 TBS oilve oil
1 1/2 cup vegetables grated(carrot(more),spring onions(average amount),cabbage(little)
1 small onion(chopped)
1 small garlic clove(chopped)
A tiny ginger piece(chopped)
1 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp chillie powder
2 cardamoms(crushed)
2 cloves( crushed)
2 eggs scrambled(optional)
A small piece of cinnamon
salt

Method
Boil prawns with enough water adding salt and turmeric. Drain and keep the prawn stock aside. Now start cooking the rice.Add half of the vegetables,cardamom,cloves,cinnamon,onion,garlic,ginger,salt and the prawn stock. Let the rice boil. Blend 250g of boiled prawn. Keep the rest of the 250g prawns for cooking the prawn curry.

Take a big pan and heat oil. Add the remaining vegetables.Temper for a few minutes. Remove it from the pan and keep it aside. Add soya sauce,oyster sauce,pepper powder,chilli powder,salt and the grated prawns to the same pan.(do not wash the pan).Heat this for a few minutes and add milk. Now add the rice to this mixture a little by little. Finally add the tempered vegetables.It's ready.
Now make the prawn curry.

Even though I have made an easy chicken curry this goes well with prawn curry.
